Active, Invited and Archived Users
- Active users have been invited to your farm, completed registration, have at least the access level permission and can currently access the farm.
- Invited users have been invited to your farm, are yet to complete registration and therefore cannot currently access your farm.
- Archived users (have a bin icon and the word ‘Archived’ next to their name) have been removed from your farm, the farm access permisson has been revoked, and we can see they have the farm associate permission. Which means they used to be apart of your farm, however no longer have access.

Reinstate Removed User
- In our archived list, we can see users that have been removed as they have a bin icon and the word ‘Archived’ next to their name.
- These users have the associate level permission only, meaning they used to be apart of the farm but longer have access.
- To reinstate a user, you can simply enable the farm access permission.
