Welcome, learn how to log in from the perspective of a new staff member added to a farm.

‘You Have Been Invited To Join The Farm…’ Email.

• Once you have been added to a farm, you will receive an email from Resolution App with the subject ‘You have been invited to join the farm (farm name)’. Click on this.
• Here you will find instructions and links to download Resolution on mobile, from either the Play Store or App Store.
• Download Resolution.
• Return to the email and select ‘Join’ to complete login on mobile, or select ‘Join’ under the Resolution website section to login on desktop. If you log in on desktop, you can simply use the same login details on mobile afterwards.

Enter Your Details.

• After selecting ‘Join’ either on mobile or desktop, you will need to enter some information. 
• This includes your name, email, phone number and more.
• Ensure that you use the email address that this Welcome email was sent to.
• Create a password.
• Select ‘Agree & Create Account’.

Login.

• After entering your details and creating your account. 
• Enter your email address and password once more, and select ‘Login’.

Logging In On Mobile.

• Ensure Resolution is downloaded (instructions in the email).
• Enter the same details as above.
