Welcome, in this lesson, we start right from the beginning, receiving your first welcome email to Resolution and showing you how to log in for the very first time on desktop and the mobile app.

Welcome Email.

• After completing the sign up process and when your Resolution account is ready to use. You will receive an email from a Resolution staff member with the subject ‘Welcome to Resolution!’.
• Click on this email, and star the email for future reference.
• In this email you will see a wide range of information, including your default password and instructions to sign in on the desktop, as well as other information and links to our Learning Hub (where we are now), where you can learn all about Resolution's features and how to get the most out of your account.

Logging In - Desktop.

• From within the email, in the ‘Log-in Details’ section - click on the link.
• This will take you to the Resolution log in page.
• Enter your email that you signed up with (the email address the welcome email was sent to), and enter the password provided to you in the welcome email.
• Congratulations, you have now logged into your account for the first time!

Logging In - Mobile.

• From within the App Store or Google Play Store, search for ‘Resolution Farming App’.
• Select download.
• Open the app.
• Enter your email that you signed up with (the email address the welcome email was sent to), and enter the password provided to you in the welcome email.
• Congratulations, you have now logged into your account on the mobile app for the first time!
