Learn how to change your notification preferences with Resolution. You can toggle on or off many different notifications for both mobile push notifications and email notifications.

Steps to View Notification Settings - Mobile

1. Select ‘More’ in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
2. Select ‘Account’.
3. Select Notifications.
4. Here you can toggle on or off all the different notification types, you have mobile notifications and email notifications.
5. Note - Changed notification settings are only applicable to the account you are logged into. Each user has the ability to change their own notification preferences.

Steps to View Notification Settings - Desktop

1. Select ‘Account’ in the top right hand corner of your screen.
2. Select ‘Notifications’.
3. Here you can toggle on or off all the different notification types, you have mobile notifications and email notifications.

Best Practices

• Go through and select which instances you want to be notified for, and whether that is mobile, email or both.
• Use the ‘All’ buttons to instantly turn on or off ALL notifications via mobile or email.
• You can edit your app notification settings via phone settings, notifications, then Resolution - this will allow you turn on or off all notifications and change how they are displayed.
