Steps to Delete/ Remove a User - Mobile

1. Select ‘more’ in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
2. Select ‘settings’.
3. Navigate to the users section.
4. Select the user whom you wish to remove.
5. Select the ‘Farm Access’ permission.
6. Select ‘Revoke’.
7. Note: Removing users wont delete or remove any of their content such as tasks or records that they have created within Resolution.

Steps to Delete/ Remove a User - Desktop

1. Select ‘settings’.
2. Navigate to the users section.
3. Select the user whom you wish to remove.
4. Select the ‘Farm Access’ permission.
5. Select ‘Revoke’.

Pro Tip: How to Reinstate Users

• Pro Tip: Once you ‘remove’ the user. They will go into the ‘Archived’ users list where they will have a little bin icon next to their name. If you'd like to re-invite them to join your farm - you will receive an error message if you were to add them the normal way (see here). Therefore you can navigate to your ‘Archived’ users list, click on the person and re-instate their farm access and other permissions.
