Learn how to create new tags for your farm, for improved search ability and user experience. Tags are used to categorise and organise your records timeline.

Steps to Add a New Tag - Mobile

  1. Select ‘more’ in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
  2. Select ‘settings’.
  3. Navigate to the tags section
  4. Under a tag category, select "Add New Tag"
  5. Enter a descriptive name for your tag
  6. Choose between a Public and Restricted tag.
  7. Save your new tag.
  8. Your new tag is now ready to use.

 

 

 

Steps to Add a New Tag - Desktop

  1. Select ‘settings’ in the top right hand corner of your screen 
  2. Navigate to the tags section
  3. Under a tag category, select "Add New Tag"
  4. Enter a descriptive name for your tag
  5. Choose between a Public and Restricted tag.
  6. Save your new tag.
  7. Your new tag is now ready to use.

 

 

 

Best Practices

  • Use clear, concise tag names.
  • Avoid duplicate tags.
  • Consider creating a consistent tagging strategy.
  • Public tags can be viewed by all farm users, Restricted (private) tags restrict access to select users.
