Transfer Task to a Record
Learn how to transfer a completed task and all of the information into a record.
Steps to Transfer a Task to a Record - Mobile
- Navigate to the tasks page.
- Identify the completed task you wish to transfer to a record (using the filters if needed).
- Select the three dots menu at the top right of the record.
- Select ‘Create record’.
- Make any changes to the new record that you wish including adding tags.
- Select ‘Save’.
NOTE: Only Completed Tasks can be transferred to a Record.

Steps to Transfer a Task to a Record - Desktop
- Navigate to the tasks page.
- Identify the completed task you wish to transfer to a record (using the filters if needed).
- Select the three dots menu at the top right of the record.
- Select ‘Create record’.
- Make any changes to the new record that you wish including adding tags.
- Select ‘Save’.
NOTE: Only Completed Tasks can be transferred to a Record.
