Transfer Task to a Record

Learn how to transfer a completed task and all of the information into a record.

 

 

Steps to Transfer a Task to a Record - Mobile

  • Navigate to the tasks page.
  • Identify the completed task you wish to transfer to a record (using the filters if needed).
  • Select the three dots menu at the top right of the record.
  • Select ‘Create record’.
  • Make any changes to the new record that you wish including adding tags.
  • Select ‘Save’.

NOTE: Only Completed Tasks can be transferred to a Record.

Steps to Transfer a Task to a Record - Desktop

  1. Navigate to the tasks page.
  2. Identify the completed task you wish to transfer to a record (using the filters if needed).
  3. Select the three dots menu at the top right of the record.
  4. Select ‘Create record’.
  5. Make any changes to the new record that you wish including adding tags.
  6. Select ‘Save’.

NOTE: Only Completed Tasks can be transferred to a Record.

Best Practices
