Learn how to remove/ delete users from your farm. 

Steps to Delete/ Remove a User - Mobile

1. Select ‘More’ in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
2. Select ‘Settings’.
3. Navigate to the Users section.
4. Select the user whom you wish to remove.
5. Select the ‘Farm Access’ permission.
6. Select ‘Revoke’.
7. Note: Removing users won't delete or remove any of their content such as tasks or records that they have created within Resolution. 
8. Note: The deleted user does not get a notification that they have been removed from the account, but the next time they open their app they will no longer have access to your farm account.

Steps to Delete/ Remove a User - Desktop

1. Select ‘Settings’.
2. Navigate to the Users section.
3. Select the user whom you wish to remove.
4. Select the ‘Farm Access’ permission.
5. Select ‘Revoke’.
6. Note: Removing users wont delete or remove any of their content such as tasks or records that they have created within Resolution.
7. Note: The deleted user does not get a notification that they have been removed from the account, but the next time they open their app they will no longer have access to your farm account.

Pro Tip: How to Reinstate Users

• Pro Tip: Once you ‘remove’ the user. They will go into the ‘Archived’ users list where they will have a little bin icon next to their name. 
  • If you'd like to re-invite them to join your farm - you will receive an error message if you were to add them the normal way (see here). 
  • Therefore you can navigate to your ‘Archived’ users list, click on the person and re-instate their farm access and other permissions.
